We all have responsibilities to meet and stress to overcome. Although they vary from one age to the next; we can never assume that one stress is any greater or lesser than another. While a parent may deal with pressures of parenthood and livelihood, a teen will face pressures of Sex, Drugs, Alcohol etc. The problem begins when we come across the wrong support and lose sight of the beauty that life truly has to offer. We slowly feel lost and as time progresses we never reach out.  We lose ourselves and leave behind those who love us so much.

The Mayo Clinic states that teenagers are at high risk to self-injure, when faced with peer pressure and loneliness; they are often affected by parental conflicts or conflicts involving other authority figures.
